REALITY OF RAPTURE

Rapture comes from the root word “Rapt” meaning to be so interested in one particular thing that you are not aware of anything else. The word rapture itself means a feeling of extreme pleasure, happiness and enthusiasm for somebody or something. When a man is so engulfed by God’s Shekinah to the point that he is no longer aware of his physical and earthly life then such a man have indeed been raptured into Glory. To be raptured is to be consumed by God’s Glory and loose every thought, feeling for earthly things. Rapture was not meant to be a physical change in the body when Jesus Christ appears physically in the sky, but a spiritual experience and reality in Eternity.

Though the word Rapture never existed in the scripture of truth, nevertheless it has excellently captured our experience in Glory if properly interpreted and understood. What we see in scriptures are words like ascend, caught-up, translated, changed, taken, awaken, transfigured etc. When a man is raptured into God’s glory, then he has ascended, caught up, translated, changed, awakened, transfigured and taken from this earthly plane into God’s eternal Glory.

Prophet Hosea saw a day called the third day when God will raise a people from the dead and they shall live in His sight eternally. Hosea 6v2. What God calls a day is a thousand years according to 2 Peter 3 v 8 and Psalm 90 v 4 ; meaning that from 1AD to 999AD was the first day, 1000AD to 1999AD was the second day and from 2000AD the Third Day began. We actually entered into the third day at the year 2000AD.In the calendar and timetable of God’s eternal purpose we have entered into the Third Day; the age of Resurrection, Incorruption and Immortality; Spirit, soul and body. The Third Day is the day of fulfillment of all of God’s word, promises and prophecies ;In this glorious day, God is not giving promises but fulfilling all promises ,He is not giving prophecies but fulfilling all prophecies. These are days of manifestations of Glory and dominion ,those of us alive should take advantage of what God is doing in this prophetic season; this is the most accurate moment to be alive on earth; the day the Lord has made for man to live eternally in His Sight. Prophet Hosea said, After two days He will revive us; and truly the Church has experienced wonderful and amazing revival these past centuries. God has raised men and used them to bring forth great and mighty revivals in the first and second day. The Third Day is beyond revival; it’s a day to live eternally in the sight of God .A generation alive in the sight of God do not need revival; they have been eternally revived, awakened and alive in the presence of God. The Third Day is the day of resurrection, when Jesus Christ will raise a people from the dead, change their weak and mortal bodies that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body Phil 3 v 21.

Note that, this awakening and raising from the dead does not only mean being awakened and raised from physical death. The people who will be able to interpret the truth of the scripture on the Third Day will not taste physical death but will be changed, translated and raptured into Glory. HALLELUJAH.

In 1Thess 4 v 16-17, the scripture says, for the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. The Lord shall descend from heaven on the Third Day with a shout of victory over physical death, with the voice of dominion over the fallen nature and with the trump of God. The trump of God here does not mean a trumpet that will be sounded by an angel in the sky, but a voice and message of perfection and completeness that men must hear, believe, embrace and realize so as to be caught up into the cloud of Glory: This trump (voice and message) that will usher men into Glory is also called last trump in 1Cor 15 v 52 and the seventh trumpet in Revelation 11 v 15. All these spiritual realities are now happening and playing out in this glorious day called the Third Day.

The Lord has descended from Heaven with a shout of Victory over physical death, with the voice of Dominion over fallen nature and with the message of perfection. The souls of all those who were beheaded and martyred for the witness of Jesus Christ and for the word of God have been raised from the dead ; a people who are alive on earth in the Third Day have heard, believed, embraced and realized the message of completeness and have also been caught up, taken and raptured together with them into the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall they ever be with the Lord. HALLELUJAH. This is eternal union with God and the marriage of the lamb with His glorious bride. This is the First Resurrection and it has to do with a people who are the First Fruits of Christ Resurrected Life; Resurrection means incorruption and immortality, being raised from the dead to die no more. Apostle Paul longed for this day, he said in Philippians 3 vs.10; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead, what Paul longed for is what God has brought us into, and Paul being a martyr has also entered into that which he earnestly longed for; RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD. The Third day is the last day and the last trump has sounded in this Third Day. The last trump ushered us into the time of God; which is eternity. As many who will resurrect with Christ in this Third Day will be caught up and raptured into the cloud of Glory. Death, burial and resurrection precedes our entrance into immortality ,and as many who have not died, been buried and resurrect with Christ cannot ascend and be raptured into Glory. God takes only those who have completed the death, burial and resurrection process and translate them into Glory. This is what Jesus Christ said in Mathew 24vs40-41; Then shall two be in the field, the one shall be taken and the other left .The taken will not be a physical rapture as we use to believe, God takes only those who have resurrected with Christ; He takes them Home ; and their Home is the cloud of Glory. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; one would have died , been buried and taken into Glory , but the other will be left behind because she has not surrendered herself to die and be buried with Christ.

It was also spoken of Enoch , the 7th man from Adam in Hebrews 11vs5; By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death ; and was not found, because God had translated him; for before his translation he had this testimony that he pleased God. Enoch so communed intimately with God to the point that the strength and intensity of his communion drew his soul and body out of mortality into immortality, God had to take Enoch away out of the earth physically because the age of immortality had not come .God took Enoch away the day he crossed the line of mortality into immortality in his physical body. As many who will cross the line of mortality into immortality this Third Day, the age of resurrection, incorruption and immortality will also be taken and translated as Enoch was ,though they will still be alive physically on the earth, this is what it means to be raised up and live in His sight on the Third Day; we shall live physically in the Glory of God eternally. HALLELUJAH.

The scripture further pointed out in 1Cor 15 v 51-52 that; this change and translation into glory is a mystery and until it is unveiled men cannot experience it, but all praise and Glory to God this great mystery have been unveiled and revealed on the Third Day. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump. For the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible and we shall all be changed. To be changed means moving from mortality to immortality and from corruption to incorruption even while alive in the physical body. The body of as many who believed the message of completeness has indeed been upgraded to a higher degree of life. They now have a glorious body that can live eternally.

A people are now awakened, have ascended and raptured into the cloud of Glory and because they have embraced and realized this eternal purpose of God, He is now calling all men to come and partake of this glorious inheritance in Christ Jesus. The trumpet has sounded , the message of completeness and perfection is sounding loud and clear for all to hear and decide to come into the Ark of Glory. The Martyrs have been raised incorruptible, as many who are alive this Third Day and have heard, obeyed the last trump have also been changed. The door is now widely opened for all to come into their glorious destiny in God and in Christ.
